If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase within 72 hours of receiving it, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
Any approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method, typically within 3–5 business days after processing.

Delivered in Good Condition
If your order arrives on time and in good condition but you wish to return it for any reason, please email us at Support@EternaLoveGift.com with your order number.
Return requests must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.
After this period, we will be unable to process returns.
A flat-rate $7.95 handling and delivery fee applies to each returned unit.
Once approved, returns must be shipped back in their original packaging and in unused condition.
Broken or Damaged Item Policy
If any item arrives broken or damaged, please send a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging to Support@EternaLoveGift.com along with your order number.
We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost once verified.
Cancellation Policy
We take pride in our fast order processing and shipping.
As soon as your order is placed, it immediately begins production and packaging.
Because of this, we can only accept cancellation requests within 3 hours of placing your order.
After 3 hours, your order may already be in production or with our shipping partners and cannot be canceled.
If you wish to cancel after this window, you may still return the package once received for a refund (excluding transaction and handling fees).
Please note that payment gateways such as PayPal, Stripe, and Apple Pay impose non-refundable transaction fees (typically between 3.5% and 4.7%) on all processed payments.
Refunds will be issued minus the applicable gateway fee charged by your payment platform.
For example, if PayPal charges a 4.5% fee and your order total was $125, the refund amount would be $119.38.
For transactions under $99, a flat deduction of $7.95 per unit applies to cover transaction processing costs.
Personalized Products Policy
Because each personalized item (such as those including names, dates, or custom messages) is made specially for you, we do not accept returns or cancellations on personalized items once production has started.
However, if there’s an issue with your order, we may offer store credit or a partial discount (up to 50% off) at our discretion.
Customer Error Policy
Please double-check all customizations before placing your order.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer input errors, including incorrect spelling, names, or message details.
That said, we’ll always do our best to help make things right — please reach out and we’ll see what we can do to help.
Holiday Season Policy
During our holiday season, we work hard to ensure your gifts arrive on time. However, due to high order volumes, carrier delays, or weather-related disruptions, deliveries may occasionally take longer than expected.
We appreciate your understanding that refunds cannot be issued for delays caused by factors beyond our control (including courier delays, weather, or logistical disruptions).
