❓ How long does production take?
Most of our jewelry pieces are prepared within 1-2 business days. For custom laser-cut metal designs, production may take slightly longer, around 5-10 business days.
❓ My order hasn’t shipped after 2 days. Why?
Our team works Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or after 3 PM EST on Fridays will start processing on the next business day. So please allow a little extra time for shipping if your order was placed during these times.
❓ How long does shipping take?
United States: Typically 3-5 business days. Many orders arrive earlier than expected. Canada, UK & EU: Usually 5-10 business days. Rest of the world: Around 7-14 business days.
❓ I made a mistake in my order. Can I fix it?
If you notice an error, email us at support@eternalovegift.com within 3 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
❓ Can I cancel my order?
Because we process orders quickly, cancellation requests must be made within 3 hours of placing the order. Email us at support@eternalovegift.com or send us a message through our store to request cancellation.
❓ I tried calling but couldn’t reach anyone. What should I do?
Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST. For assistance outside these hours, please email us at support@eternalovegift.com, and we’ll respond within 12 hours.
❓ How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number and courier information. To check the status at any time, visit our Order Tracking page.
❓ My order shows delivered but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
Please follow these steps:
- Check your mailbox or delivery location carefully.
- Sometimes packages are delivered 1-2 days after the estimated date—please allow a little extra time.
- Contact your local post office with your tracking number for additional details.
